Isthmus works with First Nation partners to co-envision opportunities, be a joint venture partner, and bring such opportunities to life. We will bring project execution capacity, institutional capital, and ongoing asset management and reporting. Our approach seeks to achieve joint objectives with First Nations while also ensuring deals are financeable, resulting in deals that qualify as ESGI (we add the “I” for Indigenous) for investors and better partnerships with First Nations.
